GOIL bitumen plant to be ready in September

A bitumen plant under construction by state-owned oil company, Goil, is expected to be completed in September this year.
The plant is being constructed in partnership with Societe Multinationale de Bitumes (SMB) of Cote d’Ivoire.
The plant, is expected to have a storage capacity of 6,000 metric tons of base bitumen and a production capacity of 240 metric tons per day for each of the bitumen emulsion and the polymer modified bitumen (PMB) plants.
