When the University of Education, Winneba held a special congregation, the call was for tertiary institutions, in the country, to strive to develop innovative modules and teaching methods to help in developing industries and agencies in the country.
The special congregation was to confer honorary doctorate Degrees on the former Speaker of Parliament, Prof Mike Oquaye and Minister for Energy, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh.
