Kaneshie District Court rescinds Bench Warrant for arrest of Madina MP, Xavier Sosu.

This follows the attendance of Francis-Xavier Sosu to the Court on December 1, 2021. The Madina MP was accompanied by the Minority Leader, Haruna Iddrisu, Former Deputy Attorney General, Dominic Ayine, Former Minister for Youth and Sports, Nii Lantey Vanderpuye, Former Deputy Interior Minister and Ranking Member for Defence and Interior Committee, James Agalga, Former Tourism Minister, Elizabeth Ofosu Agyare. 
 
Other Members of Parliament who accompanied Francis-Xavier Sosu to Court were Mahama Ayariga and Gizella Tetteh-Agbotui.
 
The case has been adjourned to January 12, 2022
