Electronic transactions made through Ghana.gov platform will not attract E-Levy- GRA

A member of the E-Levy Technical Team, GRA, Isaac Kobina Amoako, has encouraged Ghanaians to be tax compliant since taxation is part of the country’s laws.

Explaining the essence of E-Levy when it is finally implemented on GTV Breakfast Show, Mr. Amoako clarified that payments made through the Ghana.gov platform which includes the Passport Office, and the Lands Commission, do not attract any additional payment of the E-Levy. Mr. Amoako said payment of fees to private institutions will be dealt with under an exclusion handle. He spoke to Thelma Tackie.
