The Oti Regional Minister, Joshua Makubu, has officially handed over a new bus to Krachi Senior High Technical School (Krasetec).
The bus was part of the government’s initiative to provide School buses to all the Schools in the country.
The Vice President, Dr. Alhaji Bawumia last week presented the buses to the school. Oti region has two of the first batch of the buses.
Kyaboba Girls Senior High school and Krachi Senior High Technical School were the two schools to receive buses.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Regional Minister, expressed surprise about the state of the school and promised that ”if there will be a school building put up in the region, it would be Krachi Senior High Technical School.
He again asked the school to make good use of the bus.
“The driver should know that the bus is not his personal property, and should be thinking of the cost involved.”
