President Akufo-Addo has charged the reconstituted Governing Council of the National Development Planning Commission (NDPC), to design programmes taking into consideration the possibility of a change of government every four years.
The new Council, chaired by former Rector of GIMPA, Prof Stephen Adei has been sworn in on the back of a 40 year Development plan initiated by the previous government.
President Akufo-Addo noted that their ability to craft a policy within the four year mandate of a government will enable the development of the country to take place willingly despite changes in the Executive arm of government.
