A Cape Coast District Court presided over by Eric Oheneba Antwi Boasiako, has adjourned the case of assault at the Adisadel College captured on viral video to August 2, 2023.
According to the Magistrate, this is to allow the court to put together a three-member panel to sit on the case since it is a juvenile case.
According to our Correspondent, Kingsley Nana Buadu, both juveniles involved in the matter and their parents were in Court on Friday, July 28, 2023.
The Judge disallowed the public including Journalists from sitting in and called the case in his chamber.
