Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta says the economy is gradually coming out of its difficulties and hopes the achievements being recorded will be sustained going into next year.
He said Ghanaians are beginning to see a stabilization of the economy following some prudent fiscal measures by Government.
Mr. Ken Ofori-Atta told Journalists in Accra that government is expecting the second trench disbursement from the IMF this November to consolidate the current minimal gains.
