The Ghana Police Service has detained and interdicted Police Constable Alonsi Elizabeth for causing harm.
The suspect, the police said, poured hot water on a female colleague following an argument between them.
“She is currently in custody and will undergo both internal disciplinary processes and legal proceedings.”
Meanwhile, the victim, who sustained injuries to parts of her face and back, is in stable condition and continues to receive medical attention and support.
