The National Peace Council in collaboration with the West African Network for Peace Building, Ghana, WANEP-Ghana has congratulated the newly enskinned king of Dagbon, Ya-Naa Abubakari Mahama whose coronation is due tomorrow.
According to the council, the time to reconcile the Dagbon state is now and charged the new Ya-Na to sustain and deepen the peace process through dialogue to regain its glory as a state with rich culture, as well as for development to thrive.
Speaking to GBC in Tamale, the National Network Coordinator for WANEP-Ghana, Albert Yelyang shed more light on a statement by the Regional Peace Council, congratulating all actors in the roadmap towards peace in Dagbon.
