The match reignited one of African football’s fiercest rivalries, with both sides displaying determination and skill under the watchful eyes of passionate home fans. Ghana’s early dominance was rewarded when Misbau scored to put the Black Satellites ahead, giving the hosts a morale boost at halftime.
