Hearts of Oak maintained their unbeaten start to the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League after a goalless draw with Bechem United at Nana Gyeabour Park on Friday, October 3, 2025.
The stalemate extended Hearts’ undefeated streak early in the season as both teams struggled to convert chances in a tightly contested match.
Bibiani GoldStars continued their perfect record with a narrow 1-0 win over Swedru All Blacks at the Swedru Sports Stadium on Saturday. Forward Michael Nkoah scored two minutes into the second half, securing all three points for the defending champions and keeping their flawless run intact.
At Baba Yara Sports Stadium, Asante Kotoko’s return to their home ground ended in frustration as they drew 0-0 with league leaders Heart of Lions. Despite the home advantage and high expectations, the Porcupine Warriors were unable to break down the visitors’ defense in their first home game after months away.
Medeama returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Nations FC at the TnA Stadium in Tarkwa on Sunday. After last weekend’s defeat to Karela United, Medeama showed determination and resilience to secure the three points with an impressive performance on their home turf.
Elsewhere, Dreams FC rallied for a 1-1 draw against Vision FC at the Tuba Astro Turf, with John Antwi scoring a penalty in the 71st minute to equalize. Hohoe United thrashed Karela United 4-1 at Hohoe Sports Stadium, handing Karela their first defeat of the campaign.
Berekum Chelsea claimed their first win of the season by beating Basake Holy Stars 2-0, while Young Apostles snatched a late winner against Eleven Wonders thanks to Richmond Opoku’s strike. The FC Samartex versus Aduana Stars match was postponed due to heavy rainfall at Nana Nsenkyire Sports Arena.
