Vice President Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, on behalf of President John Dramani Mahama, has held a farewell meeting with the outgoing Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Ghana, His Excellency Abdulfatah Ahmed Khalifa Al Sattari.

The meeting, which marked the conclusion of Ambassador Al Sattari’s eleven years of service in Ghana, was attended by the Palestinian Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Her Excellency Varsen Aghabekian, and Ghana’s Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, Hon. James Gyakye Quayson.
Professor Opoku-Agyemang commended Ambassador Al Sattari for the consistency, warmth, and professionalism with which he discharged his diplomatic duties, noting the positive impact of his work on Ghana–Palestine relations.

She expressed Ghana’s appreciation for his dedicated service and wished him well in his future endeavours, affirming confidence that the strong bonds he helped to nurture between the two countries will continue to endure.
