Brazil has revealed a series of Host City illustrations to mark 500 days to the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027.

The artwork features visual designs for each of the tournament’s eight Host Cities. The illustrations were created by Brazilian female artists. It forms part of the official event branding.

FIFA said the project highlights the link between football, culture and public art. The designs draw inspiration from Brazil’s street culture and the country’s tradition of celebrating football in shared spaces.

The Women’s World Cup will run from June 24 to July 25, 2027. It will feature 32 national teams and will be the first edition of the tournament held in South America.

The artwork release follows last month’s launch of the tournament’s brand identity in Rio de Janeiro. That unveiling included the official emblem, slogan “Go Epic™” and sonic identity.

Each Host City is represented through four illustrations. The designs show scenes of celebration, city landmarks and moments tied to football culture.

FIFA said the initiative also reflects a focus on women’s voices in the build-up to the tournament, both in sport and creative expression.

Attention now turns to the next milestone. FIFA is expected to announce the match schedule, which will confirm fixtures for each Host City.

Media organisations can access editorial assets through the FIFA Digital Hub. Fans can also register interest in tickets through FIFA’s official platforms.
