Vice President Mahamadu Bawumia has announced that as part of new reforms to be implemented at the port, Cabinet has decided to introduce a mobile app.
The app to be known as ‘Ghana Trade Hub’ will enable the importers check the status in their clearance process and also to pay import duties online.
Dr. Bawumia who mentioned this at yesterday’s Town Hall meeting in Accra, he said this will improve revenue mobilization.
