The Daily Graphic welcomes the E-procurement system which provides a structure, audit trails and transparency in transactions. The paper says for this system to become fully operational certain basic requirements need to be fulfilled to achieve maximum efficiency in government. The Graphic therefore urges government to strictly enforce the e-procurement system and prescribe sanctions to those who will violate it.

The Ghanaian Times applauds government for the establishment of a four million cedis fund to support businesses of disabled women which would significantly improve their conditions. The paper also commends government for the inclusive initiative that would not leave anyone including the disabled behind. It urges all women with physical challenges to take advantage of the opportunity offered them to expand their businesses and employ more people. The Times hopes all those who would be allocated the fund would live up to expectation and repay so that its operation can be extended beyond the two year period.
