The Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) has ordered the ban on medicines purported to cure some forty-four diseases identified by the authority.

Speaking on GBC’s Uniiq Breakfast Drive, the Head of the Communications Unit at the Food and Drugs Authority, James Lartey said the Authority is coming hard on such people because the law prohibits such advertisement.

Mr. Lartey also spoke about the authority’s difficulty in monitoring stations which violate the law which bars these advertisements.
