The Minister for the Interior, Ambrose Dery has called for innovative ways of fighting and preventing fire in the country.
He said the world is witnessing the use of more complex gadgets and equipment in all fields and Ghana is not left out of this technological innovation.
Mr Dery noted that with industrialisation policy taking root in the country, the Ghana National Fire Service, must be well equipped because it is an important partner in making sure investors and their investments are protected, to achieve the desired results.
He said this at the 49th Recruits Passing out ceremony of the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS).
