The Chairman of the Sunyani Green Field Cooperative Mango Farmers Association, George Agbozo, has commended government for making Mango one of the major crops under its Planting for Export and Rural Development policy (PERD).
He said the move will boost the economy and facilitate rural development.
Speaking in an interview with GBC’s Radio Ghana on the sidelines of the Mango Week Celebration, Mr Agbozo called on the public to eat at least one mango a day.
