President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo has condemned the recent killings of police officers calling for such attack to stop.He assured the police the perpetrators of such crime will go un punished. He said the police should be seen as enemies but partners in the fight against crime.
Speaking at the 49th cadet officers graduation parade at the police academy in Accra, the president charged the police administration to provide answers to the families of the three missing Takoradi girls.
He commended the police for the swift arrest of perpetrators of crimes against officers and asked them to replicate such to prompt action be carried out when the victims are ordinary citizens
In all 143 Cadet officers passed out after six months of training at the police academ. Cadet officer Theodora Ntriwaa emerged as the best cadet officer. She is the female officer to achieve that feat.
