The case in which actress Rosemond Brown popularly known as Akuapem Poloo has been charged with publication of nude pictures with her seven-year-old son has been adjourned to January 29, 2021.

This is because the Prosecutor Chief Inspector Agartha Asantewaa is on leave.

The Court was expected to have conducted the Case Management Conference but the Prosecutor was absent. Circuit Court Judge Christina Cann while adjourning the case ordered that prosecution file all the necessary disclosure documents including witness statements before the next court sitting.

Rosemond has however been admitted to bail in the sum of ¢100,000 with four sureties, two of which must be justified with landed property worth same amount.

Akuapem Poloo, who was present in Court, is facing charges of publication of obscene materials and engaging in domestic violence, all of which she has pleaded not guilty to.
