International Ghanaian Afro-pop singer Wiyaala has advised Ghanaian youth to stay home and work hard because there are lots of opportunities here than travelling abroad.

she said “USA and Europe are not as easy as it seems since there are many Africans suffering there. Young people should use all seriousness and energy required to work abroad to stay and work here because there are huge opportunities both in farming and tourism”.

She was recently in the UK for her Wiyaala Gala concert during which she raised funds for Teach2Teach, an NGO which trains unemployed Senior High School (SHS) leavers to teach basic education to children in deprived communities in Northern Ghana.

“This goes a long way to reduce youth unemployment and improve basic school education in most deprived communities”, the vibrant singer said.
