The funeral of highlife legend Charles Kwadwo Fosu, popularly known as Daddy Lumba, is to proceed as planned.
An earlier injunction order on Friday, December 12, 2025, by an Accra High Court was granted on the condition that the plaintiff seeking the injunction pays GH¢2 million by 2 p.m. the same day, or the funeral would be allowed to go ahead.
