Government suspends implementation of Cargo Tracking Note policy

The implementation of the Cargo Tracking Note policy has been postponed.
The policy, which was expected to be rolled out tomorrow (September 1), has been postponed to October 15, 2018.
Minister of Information Designate, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah said the postponement is to allow for more consultations on the policy which has largely been opposed by the Freight Forwarders Association.
