The University of Education, Winneba (UEW), has withheld 600 certificates of students from the French language department for gross indiscipline exhibited during their outreach programme in Togo.

The Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Afful Broni made this known at the 23rd Congregation of the University at Winneba.

He noted that the Institution has been ranked the third best public university in Ghana, and it will continue to churn out quality teachers.

Prof. Afful Broni therefore entreated students to endure discipline at all times, since the school will not countenance any deviant behaviour.
