The long awaited docket of the suspected murderers of the former Abuakwa North MP, JB Danquah Adu has been reviewed and forwarded to the Attorney General’s Department.
Yesterday (August 15) in court, Prosecution informed the court of the new development and hoped by the next adjourned date the committal hearings will commence.
The Magistrate, Arit Nsemoh was glad for the development and hoped the case will be expeditiously handled.
The Deputy General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Obiri Boahene was also pleased with the new development and hoped the AG’s representative will be available on the next adjourned date for the hearing of the committal to start.
The case has been adjourned to the 19th of September.
