The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG), will carry out planned maintenance works in parts of Accra and Tema today to improve service delivery.
Areas to be affected are Ogbojo and Otanor in Accra.
In Tema Vivian Farm, Sakumono Trotro station, Buena Vista Homes, Regional Maritime University, Best Western Plus Hotel, Nungua Katamanto, Kakasunanka and Gbetsile.
Meanwhile the Ghana Grid Company (GRIDCo) has asked ECG to interrupt power supply in parts of Volta Region to enable it undertake repair works on their transformer that supplies power to both Volta and Oti Regions on the 69KV transmission line from Asiekpe Bulk Supply Point.
Areas to be affected are parts of Ho, Keta, Anloga, Jasikan, Kpando, Kpetoe and its surrounding communities.
