A family of six are feared dead at Adagya in the Bosumtwi District of the Ashanti region after a vehicle they were travelling on was swept away by strong river currents.
The driver of the vehicle is yet to be found and the police are yet to retrieve the bodies.
Reports indicate that the family of six were driving through flooded streets at Adagya on Thursday (September 6), evening after heavy rains when the vehicle was dragged into the choppy river.
