Parliament has approved two hundred and 46 point nine million Ghana Cedis as the budget for the Ministry of sanitation and water resources.
Prior to the approval, the Minority leader, Haruna Iddrisu pointed out a duplication of duties by the Ministry and the Ministry of Special Initiative.
He said government needs to synergize the roles of ministries to ensure judicious use of the public purse.
