Security personnel urged to 'show professionalism and exercise restraint' at work

The Ashanti Regional Minister Simon Osei Mensah has cautioned Security personnel to show professionalism and exercise restraint in the line of duty to avoid acts that could mar their profession.
He said though a compensation package of one million, 750 Thousand Ghana Cedis has been earmarked for all the bereaved families of the seven men shot and killed by Police personnel near Manso Nkwanta in the Ashanti Region last year is in the right direction, this cannot pay for their lives.
Speaking to Ibrahim Kwarteng on Behind the News the said the Police personnel have been interdicted, adding that those found guilty will be prosecuted.
