The Minister of Roads and Highways, Kwesi Amoako-Atta, has inaugurated the second phase of the Intelligent Traffic Management Project to address the perennial traffic congestion in Accra.
With the system in place, the Police Service will have in their possession evidence to help them in the prosecution of motorists, who jump red lights.
In an interview, the Minister said with the existence of the system anyone who flouts traffic regulations will not be spared no matter the position they hold.
