A driver who was believed to be adhering to road safety rules by allowing a Pedestrian to access the Zebra Crossing infront of the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation, GBC on the Ring Road Central had his car smashed by a speeding vehicle.
A driver of Toyota Vitz with registration number GS 242-21 was stopping for a Pedestrian, to cross when a Vibe GR 8575- 14 with top speed hit the Toyota causing it to veer off the road making a 360 degree turn.
According to GBC’s Joyce Gyekye, the collision resulted in heavy vehicular traffic in the afternoon of January 12, 2022.
