President John Mahama is set to receive the final report and recommendations on the mediation of the Bawku conflict from the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.
A statement released by the Minister for Government Communication, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, on Tuesday, December 9, confirmed that the presentation will take place at the Presidency at 4:00 p.m.
The report represents the outcome of several months of peace talks facilitated by the Asantehene, who has played a key role in efforts to promote national reconciliation and address longstanding disputes in the Bawku area.
