The Imam of the Ghana Prison Service, Chief Supt Mohammed Mukhtar Adam has cautioned Muslim youth to celebrate this year’s Eid-Ul-Fitr in moderation in order not to fall foul of the law.
He said Eid-Fitr, celebration is not a time to demonstrate prowess in motorcycling by riding carelessly thereby endangering the lives of other road users.
