The Eastern Regional Minister, Seth Acheampong says Security Services and service providers are assessing the damage to ECG property so that light can be restored within the next 24 hours to Upper and Manya Krobo Municipalities.
He has therefore appealed to the residents to exercise restraint as they work around the clock to provide power.
Speaking on Behind the News, Mr. Acheampong, said in the long term, they will hold a series of dialogues with all stakeholders concerned to find a lasting solution to the power crisis.
