Government has announced that it will build cold storage facilities for the fishing communities in Tema East to address post-harvest fish losses.
Additionally, government will give part of the One-million-One Constituency FUNDS out as loans to the fishers.
Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia announced this when addressed fishmongers at the Tema Fish Market.
Dr. Bawumia who later addressed some drivers in Tema Community 1 promised to bring the DVLA to their doorstep to register all unlicensed long truck drivers in the community.
