The Ghana Publishing Company Limited (GPCL) has achieved a significant milestone in its gazette publication process, reducing the time required to publish gazettes from eight weeks to three.
This development was announced by Acting Managing Director, Nana Kwasi Boatey, Esq., in his keynote address during the company’s 60th-anniversary celebration on May 2, 2025.
The new publication process incorporates enhanced security features to prevent piracy. According to Nana Kwasi Boatey, Esq., the achievement reflects the company’s alignment with the government’s 24-hour economy vision and the dedication of its employees.
“Like Oliver Twist, we strive to do better,” he added.
He also expressed confidence in the company’s ability to deliver high-quality publications on time.

“Anything publishable — come to Ghana Publishing Company Limited — and we will deliver it excellently and on time, because our staff are dedicated to doing just that,” he said.
Mr. Boatey called on Ghanaians to patronize and support the company, emphasizing that its commitment to hard work would yield national benefits.
The theme for the 60th anniversary, “60 Years of Publishing Excellence: Honouring the Past, Building the Future,” serves as a fitting tribute to the company’s legacy of dedication and resilience.
