The Ghana National Association of Teachers has raised concerns about the nature of the current promotion scheme for teachers.
Public Relations Officer of the Association, Peter Korda, questioned the rationale for asking some Teachers who took Aptitude Tests for promotion to present their particulars after the test but still denied promotion.
To this end, the association has called for a review of the scheme as well as an explanation from the Ghana Education Service on the matter.
