The MPs for Ketu South and Keta have condemned the non-responsive posture of NADMO with regard to tidal waves causing havoc on the shores of the two constituencies.

They expressed fears that the Aflao-Keta road is in danger of being washed away by the ravaging sea which has already destroyed a number of homes in several communities.

The MPs Kwame Dzudzorli Gakpey for Keta and Dzifa Gomashie for Ketu South, are surprised why NADMO has failed to intervene despite having first-hand knowledge of the situation.

Mr. Gakpey has therefore challenged NADMO to act with dispatch on the matter.

Meanwhile, Director of Communications of NADMO George Ayisi has admitted the delay in responding to the situation.

He however gave assurance that the affected people will receive relief items by the close of day today.
