Deputy Executive Secretary of the Lands Commission, Amos Wuni has called on licensed surveyors not to compromise on the quality of work they execute.

He said the Commission will not hesitate to revoke the license of any surveyor who goes against the tenets of the profession and the oath they have taken.

Speaking at a meeting with licensed surveyors in Accra, Mr Wuni questioned some of the works submitted to the Commission for search.

He said the Commission is ensuring strict compliance with the Lands Commission Act and any surveyor found to be operating outside the act will sanctioned.

The Director of Survey and Mapping Department, Edwin Tawiah said the Commission will train more licensed surveyors to make up for the limited number in the country.
