Heavy rains accompanied with strong winds have been recorded in some parts of the country this afternoon.
Earlier, the Ghana Meteorological Agency warned of heavy rains which it said will be followed by strong winds.
Head of Central Analysis and Forecasting at the Ghana Meteorological Agency, Felicity Ahafianyo said people should be cautious as they go about their daily activities.
At best, ”stay away from town if there is nothing very important to be accomplished in town”, to avoid any disasters.
