As President Akufo-Addo announced the reopening of schools in his 21st Covid update, some flood victims who were temporarily housed in classrooms at Nawuni in the Kumbungu District of the Northern Region had no option but to put up in tents and rely on mosquito nets at their original places of abode.
According to the victims, NADMO promised to relocate them to a safer place,but the promise remains unfulfilled.
The Assembly Member of the area AlhassanYussif is therefore calling on government to go to their aid.
