The National Service Authority (NSA) has cautioned the general public, particularly prospective national service personnel, to be wary of fraudulent links circulating on social media. These fake links claim to offer posting and pre-deployment information but are not connected to the Authority in any way.
In a public disclaimer issued on October 6,2025, the NSA emphasized that it has not released any official postings or pre-deployment updates. The statement advised personnel to ignore such unauthorized websites and to refrain from sharing personal information on them.
According to the Authority, the spread of these false links poses a serious threat to the privacy and security of unsuspecting individuals.
The NSA warned that anyone caught engaging in fraudulent activities would be reported to the appropriate security agencies for investigation and possible prosecution.
The Authority reiterated that all genuine information regarding postings will be communicated only through its official communication channels, including the NSA website and verified social media pages.
The public has been urged to remain vigilant and assist in spreading awareness to prevent others from falling victim to these online scams. The NSA reaffirmed its commitment to transparency and the safety of all national service personnel.
