Reacting to issues regarding the Political Neutrality Allowance, Vice President of Imani Africa, Kofi Bentil says the demand should not be tolerated by the government.

Rather, policy makers should focus on resolving the fundamental problems in the entire pay policy of public sector workers.

Speaking on “Behind the News”, Mr. Bentil said the single spine pay policy has failed, and ”it is time, a more workable policy that will end salary disparities is adopted”.
