The Corporate Governance Expert and Lecturer at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration Law Faculty, Dr. Kwaku Anane Gyinde has said that honesty, patriotism and other positive values must be preached to the public.
Following the murder of the Second Year Biological Sciences Student of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology ( KNUST), the Law Lecturer stated that there is a deficit in how people deal with conflicts, or for that matter, resolve issues.
“We have not been taught how to resolve disputes and conflicts”, he stated.
The Corporate Governance Expert added that parenting must be a responsibility for the families, and this must not be left solely for the schools.
“We have to start parenting from home and not expect the schools to do that for us”, he stated.
