The Ghana Independent Broadcasters’ Association, GIBA has described as unfortunate, comments by Morning Show Host Captain Smart which called for “insurrection against the state of Ghana and its institutions” in a recent broadcast.
Speaking on Behind the News, President of the Association Cecil Sunkwa Mills said the Association has a Regulatory Ethical and Legal Committee which will look into the issue and chart the way forward.
