Government is expected to cut sod for the commencement of road projects in three regions under the $2 billion Sinohydro deal. The regions are Volta, Central and Ashanti.
On Tuesday, November 19, 2019 Vice-President Dr. Bawumia cut sod for the Hohoe-Jasikan-Dodo Pepeso Road, which will cost $45million cedis.
The sod cutting for the Cape Coast Inner City Roads in the Central Region will take place on Thursday, 21st November, 2019, whiles the sod cut for commencement of the Nyinahini Roads in the Ashanti Region done on Friday, November 22, 2019.
