The Kaneshie District Court has adjourned the case in which Nana Yaw Oduro Boateng popularly known as Funny Face has been arraigned for threat of death to the 15th of February, 2022.

This is because the substantive Prosecutor, ASP Sylvester Asare was absent. However, Inspector Lawrence Kofi Anane requested for a date when the case was called.

The Magistrate, Stephen Tebiri however adjourned the case to the 15th of next month.

At the last sitting, the Court ordered the investigators to release his mobile phone to him. This was after the accused person had prayed the Court to allow the Police to release his phone to him.
