The Minority in Parliament has called on government to close schools again following reports that some students at Accra Girls’ Senior High and other Senior High Schools (SHS) have contracted the coronavirus just weeks after academic work resumed.
Final year SHS and Form Two Gold Track students have returned to school after months of closure due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Meanwhile, a cross-section of the public who spoke to GBC’s Radio Ghana said there should be strict enforcement of the precautionary measures in schools rather than closing them down.
