The Minister of State in Charge of Tertiary Education, Prof Kwesi Yankah has called on Ghanaians to embrace the double track policy which has been introduced by government.

He says the policy will provide the opportunity for 180,000 students whose educational future could be curtailed or jeopardised.

Prof Kwesi Yankah made this call at the congregation ceremony of the University of Professional Studies Accra (UPSA).

“The government is simply saying these boys and girls are stranded; let’s be creative and rescue the children at a critical stage of their lives. Let’s be compassionate or else posterity will never forgive us,” he said.
